Axiem Consulting Group, LLC (Axiem, "We","Us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit the Start a Conversation or Introduce Yourself forms, we collect the information you provide directly: name, company, role, email address, focus area, and the message or background you share. We do not collect financial account information, government identifiers, or payment details through this site, because we do not sell anything on it.

Like most websites, we may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as pages visited and general browser or device information, through privacy-respecting analytics.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement or candidate fit, and maintain a record of business communications. Client inquiries and candidate introductions are kept in separate lists and are never merged. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you affirmatively opt in by checking the marketing consent box on a form.

Third parties

We use Klaviyo to manage business communications and, where you have opted in, marketing updates. We use a WordPress-based hosting and form-processing platform, and may use a spam-prevention service such as Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, including rights available under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, email us at Connect@AxiemConsulting.com.

Data retention

We retain business inquiry and candidate records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a business record, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
